1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to digital educational products, downloadable guides, audio packs, and paid program access sold through cleannature.world. Free informational content on the website is not subject to refunds. Consulting sessions may follow separate written agreements when booked individually.

We want customers to feel confident purchasing non-medical wellness education. This policy explains eligibility, exclusions, and how to submit a request.

3. Eligible Purchases

Refunds may be considered when:

  • You request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase for digital products not substantially accessed (defined as downloading less than 25% of materials or completing less than one module)
  • Technical failure on our side prevented access for more than 72 hours after purchase and we cannot restore access promptly
  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a processing error
  • The product delivered was materially different from the description on the product page at the time of sale

Proof of purchase (order number, email receipt, or payment date) is required for all requests.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not granted when:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase unless required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction
  • You completed the majority of a multi-week challenge or downloaded all files
  • Dissatisfaction is based on subjective expectations about mood, workload, or workplace outcomes—we describe products as educational, not outcome guarantees
  • Violation of our Terms of Use led to account termination
  • Purchases made through unauthorized resellers

5. EU and UK Consumer Rights

Residents of the European Union or United Kingdom may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts involving digital content, unless you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of withdrawal right before download began. Where withdrawal applies, contact us within the statutory period. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds without undue delay.

6. United States Customers

7. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your full name, order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for initial review
  4. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of approval. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post credits to your statement—typically 5 to 10 business days depending on the institution. Store credit may be offered as an alternative when you prefer faster access to other educational products.

9. Partial Refunds

Bundle purchases may receive partial refunds when only a portion of the bundle is defective or inaccessible. The calculation is proportional to the affected component’s listed value at the time of sale.

10. Subscriptions and Renewals

If recurring subscriptions are introduced, you may cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Fees already incurred for the current billing period are non-refundable unless a technical error caused duplicate billing. Cancellation instructions will appear in account settings and confirmation emails.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of access to educational materials and referral to payment processors with supporting documentation of delivery.

12. Data After Refund

When a refund is processed, we delete or anonymize purchase-related personal data according to our Privacy Policy, except records we must retain for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

13. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy. The effective date at the top indicates the current version. Changes apply to purchases made after the update unless law requires application to earlier transactions.
